The boys of Circle H are more than just studs in our program—they’re part of daily life here on the ranch. From riding along on the ATV to greeting visitors at the gate, each of these boys has his own personality while sharing the classic Basset traits we love: gentle temperaments, impressive ears, and plenty of character. Together they play an important role in continuing the quality and temperament we strive for in every Circle H puppy.
Harvey is an 87% European Basset Hound weighing 75 pounds and comes from our classic Circle H lines as the son of Winnie and Beau. He is a beautiful tri-color with striking double lace ears that give him a truly eye-catching look. Harvey brings a fun-loving personality to the ranch and is our resident goofball who has never met a stranger. He’s always happy to make new friends and is never one to turn down a good belly rub.​

Fred is a 100% European Basset Hound weighing 80 pounds and is full of impressive wrinkle and classic breed type. He represents the traditional European look we love here at Circle H. Despite his strong presence, Fred has an incredibly sweet, laid-back personality and a loving nature. He enjoys spending time with his people just as much as he enjoys playing and being part of the action around the ranch.. ​

Augustus 'Gus'
GEORGE
Augustus, known around the ranch as “Gus,” is a distinguished gentleman. He is a 100% European Basset Hound weighing 80 pounds and is Champion-sired. Gus carries himself with a calm, confident presence and has an incredibly easy going temperament. He’s a laid-back fellow who enjoys the slower pace of ranch life while still keeping an eye on everything happening around Circle H.
George is a 95% European Basset Hound weighing 72 pounds and is a classic tri-color with the longest ears on the ranch. His impressive ears and traditional Basset look make him a standout. George has a fun-loving personality and enjoys being right in the middle of everything happening around Circle H. He especially loves riding around the ranch in the ATV, keeping an eye on the cows and doing his best to boss the rest of us around.
Elvis
ELvis is our newest stud here at Circle H and quickly becoming a favorite around the ranch. He is a handsome tri-color with striking double lace ears and comes from 62% European and 33% Brazilian lines. Elvis currently weighs about 70 pounds and is still growing into himself. He’s an affectionate boy with a fun personality and truly is the sweetest little ham, always happy to soak up attention from anyone willing to give it.
​Flash is a 75% European Basset Hound weighing 65 pounds with more of a traditional American-style build. He is a handsome black and tan with a classic Basset expression. Flash has a laid-back personality and is happy to take life at a slower pace, but he still enjoys being right in the middle of whatever is happening around the ranch. He’s an easygoing, good-natured hound who loves being part of the action with his people.
