Do not fill out an application if your spouse/partner, family or whoever is also involved in this process has not been spoken too yet. Everyone needs to be ready and in agreement on adding a puppy to your family, it’s a big decision. 
 
Please only fill out an application if you are ready to make a non-refundable reservation fee of $500.
