Health Guarantee
Every puppy will be checked by our vet before they leave and come with a thorough health report from the vet and official health certificate. Puppies are checked tail to snout and a fecal test is also performed. They also will have 30 days of free insurance that we provide at no additional cost to the buyers through Trupanion. If that insurance is not activated within 24 hours of receiving your puppy our health guarantee is voided. Circle H will not be responsible for any vet bills after your puppy goes home for any reason.
Every effort has been made by the breeder to assure that the puppy is healthy when it is delivered to the buyer. Circle H Bassets will not accept any financial responsibility for reactions to vaccines/medications, flea and tick preparations, or disorders caused by environmental factors, allergies, thyroid, autoimmune diseases, skin issues, or parasitic issues that arise.
Circle H Bassets will not be responsible after puppies go home for contagious diseases such as distemper and parvo, coronavirus, kennel cough, mange, or scabies as they are highly contagious and can be contacted immediately. The buyer must agree to not place puppy in any public areas and grounds including but not limited too, dog parks, pet stores, on the floor at the vets or any other place other dogs have been until three weeks after all puppy shots have been complete. This is for your puppy's safety against deadly germs. Circle H shall not be held responsible for the development of non genetically tested derived diseases or disorders.
This guarantee does not cover giardia, or coccidia which are caused by bacteria and can be brought on by stress of moving to a new home or contracted from your environment or pets. All puppies are individually fecal tested for the above issues before they leave and will have the results in their folder.
We do not cover common breed issues such as skin allergies or infections, ear infections, bloat, panosteitis, pyometra, entropion, or cherry eye, stomach upset, diarrhea, bladder infections and or urinary tract infections.
We do not offer refunds, or partial refunds for any reason all payments and deposits are final.
If you can no longer care for your dog for any reason we will welcome them back. Circle H hounds are always welcome here. Your dog may not be surrendered to a shelter or rescue for any reason. Buyer should contact breeder if rehoming is needed and we can assist you.
All puppies are microchipped with a prepaid chip, that we stay on as a secondary contact. This is to insure they are returned to the owners and also protect them from being taken to a shelter, as a responsible breeder none of my dogs will ever be homeless.
Our puppies are guaranteed to be pet quality not breeding or showing quality- no one can guarantee that in an 8 week old puppy. Slight defects that are not life threatening and therefore not covered are hernias, undescended testicle(s), under and over bites, or any other minor non-life threatening issues. All these issues will of course be disclosed if they are present.
All puppies leave with an extensive vet check and vet records and are healthy.
